HealthActCHQ gives voice to patients' perspectives through our industry-leading quality of life surveys.

For over two decades, the HealthActCHQ (HACHQ) principals have developed and licensed high quality, patient and family quality of life surveys. Our Patient-Reported Outcomes (PRO) surveys are used in clinical trials, school systems, clinical care networks, patient registries, and population-based quality of life outcomes research.

Our surveys include the Child Health Questionnaire (CHQ) and Infant Toddler Quality of Life Questionnaire (ITQOL), as well as condition-specific outcomes surveys such as our ADHD Impact Modules for adults and children - the AIM-A and the AIM-C.
